Unlike portable cabins or prefabricated sheds, the ModiBox starts life as a steel shipping container, which means it offers a level of structural strength and security that lighter alternatives simply cannot match. The walls, floor, and roof are all steel, making the unit resistant to forced entry, extreme weather, and years of continuous outdoor use.

What Comes Included

1 anti vandal window: A reinforced window with a steel security shutter that protects the glass when the office is unoccupied. Allows natural light into the workspace during operating hours while keeping the unit secure overnight and on weekends.
1 secure steel door: A robust entry door with a multi point locking system for straightforward, secure access.

Interior Finish

Melamine lined walls: Clean, white melamine panels cover the interior walls, creating a bright and professional workspace. The lining conceals the insulation layer behind it and provides a wipeable, low maintenance surface.
Full insulation: Walls and ceiling are insulated to maintain comfortable temperatures year round. The insulation keeps the space warm in winter and reduces heat buildup in summer, making the office usable in all seasons without excessive energy costs.
Vinyl flooring: A durable, easy to clean vinyl floor provides a comfortable surface underfoot and gives the interior a finished, office grade appearance.
