All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated. Delivery fees are quoted separately based on your location and container size. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via email. Payment is accepted via direct bank transfer (BACS). Your order will be processed once payment is verified in our account. We aim to verify payments within 1 to 2 business days.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on distance, container availability, and logistics scheduling. We will communicate any significant delays promptly. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible for the delivery vehicle.
5. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are encouraged to inspect their container upon delivery. Any damage that occurred during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Cosmetic wear on used containers is expected and does not constitute damage.
6. Rentals
Rental agreements are separate from purchase terms. Monthly rental rates are quoted on a per-unit basis. Rental periods begin on the delivery date. Early termination terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shipping Delight Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
