What is the difference between New, Used, and One-Trip containers?
New containers are manufactured to order and have never been used for shipping cargo. They are in pristine condition with no dents, rust, or wear.
One-Trip containers have been used for a single overseas shipment, typically from the manufacturing facility to the U.S. They are in near-new condition with minimal cosmetic wear and are often the best value for customers who want a clean unit at a lower price than new.
Used containers have been in active shipping service for several years. They may show cosmetic wear such as surface rust, dents, or paint fading, but are structurally sound and fully functional. Every used unit we sell is inspected for wind and water tightness.
How does delivery work?
We coordinate delivery through our network of logistics partners across all 50 states. Delivery costs depend on the container size, your location, and site accessibility. After you place an order or request a quote, we will provide a delivery estimate specific to your ZIP code. Most deliveries are completed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on distance.
Do you offer container rentals?
Yes. We offer flexible monthly rental plans with no long-term commitment required. Rentals are available for standard storage containers and are ideal for construction sites, events, and temporary storage needs. Request a rental quote to get started.
How does the payment process work?
We accept payment via direct bank transfer (BACS). When you place an order through our website, you will receive our bank details along with your order confirmation. Your order is processed once we verify that payment has been received. For more details, see our Payment Policy.
Can I customize a container?

Do you offer refunds?

How do I know what condition a container is in before buying?
Every product listing includes the container condition (New, Used, or One-Trip). We inspect all units before sale and can provide additional photos on request. If you are purchasing a used container and have specific condition requirements, let us know and we will match you with the right unit.
