The 20ft ModiBox Office is a fully converted shipping container workspace built from our super strong, ultra secure steel units. It delivers a spacious 20ft by 8ft interior that comfortably accommodates desks for multiple staff, meeting areas, filing and storage, and all the equipment a productive office requires. Everything arrives pre installed and ready to use: insulated walls with a clean melamine finish, durable vinyl flooring, two anti vandal windows for natural light and security, a robust entry door, and a complete electrical system with heating and lighting.

This is a step up from the 10ft ModiBox for teams that need more room to work, meet, and collaborate. The additional length provides enough space for two or three workstations plus a small meeting area, or a single executive office with generous room for furniture, bookshelves, and client seating. The steel shell means your workspace is as secure as a vault when locked up overnight.

What is Included in the Package

• 2 anti vandal windows: Reinforced windows with steel security shutters that protect the glass when the office is unoccupied. Allows natural light to flood the workspace during operating hours while keeping the unit secure at all other times.
• 1 secure steel door: A robust entry door with a multi point locking system for straightforward, secure access. Built to withstand forced entry attempts.
• Melamine lined walls: Clean, white melamine panels cover the interior walls, creating a bright and professional workspace. The lining conceals the insulation behind it and provides a wipeable, low maintenance surface that stays looking fresh.
• Full insulation: Walls and ceiling are insulated to maintain comfortable working temperatures year round. Keeps the space warm in winter and reduces heat buildup in summer.
• Vinyl flooring: A durable, easy to clean floor that provides a comfortable surface underfoot and gives the interior a finished, office grade appearance. Resistant to scuffs, stains, and daily wear.

• 1 consumer unit and external hook up: A proper electrical distribution board with an external connection point for safe, code compliant power supply. Connect to site mains or generator and the office is operational immediately.
